Masnedo Bulk Terminal, a joint venture with DLG, is the most recent terminal project in the Copenhagen Merchants Group.
The terminal’s main activity exports of grains, but it can also handle imports of feedstuffs and other bulk products.
The Port of Masnedo is ISPS approved and the draft alongside the berth is 9.6 meters after the current berth construction was completed in 2019.
LARGE, FAST AND FLEXIBLE
With a storage capacity of about 150,000 MT of grain, MBT is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Denmark.
The terminal consist a large warehouse and silos – all of which are integrated with a high capacity drying facility.
Load and discharge rates are up to 800 MT/hour, 24 hours a day, and the terminal offers a fully equipped lab and licensed weighbridges on location.
The terminal was completed during spring 2019.
